How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing time for new orders is 2 days and shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. 

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is free. You may upgrade to 2-3 business days for an additional $5.

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently don't offer international shipping.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

While some parcels arrive early or on time, some may have delays out of our control. If it's past the 7-10 days for arrival, please contact us.

Why type of payments do you take?

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. 

Do you do returns and refunds?

If your package did not arrive or their was an item error, we will gladly provide a refund. We can not do a refund on custom orders at this time.
